Shipping Information

Everything you need to know about our shipping policy. We keep it nice and simple. You order, we'll deliver. 

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. If there is any delay, we will notify you. 

Parcels will be picked up by courier from Monday to Friday, there will be no weekend or public holiday delivery. However, if you need the order urgently or by a specific date, please contact us by email and we will do our best to help and meet your deadline.

Your track n trace number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and you can easily track your shipment online. If your parcel does not arrive in 4 working days from receiving our confirmed dispatch email, please contact us immediately.

COVID-19 Impact

We do dispatch orders during NZ COVID-19 Alert Levels 3 and 4.

 

Please note that during lockdowns, there may be a delay in delivery of your parcel, though normally this is not the case. Again, you will have a track n trace number to see where your parcel is or you can contact us with any concerns.

Delivery Address

To ensure your parcel arrives safely and in a timely manner, it is very important that your address is accurate and complete. A physical delivery address is required for courier service as a receipt signature is required to sign on the consignment note. Please ensure your mobile number is also correct.

 

For apartments or units, please includes listing how to ring up to an apartment (e.g. press number or bell), whether the parcel can be left with another person (reception, building manager etc.), how to locate your unit (back of house, identifying features) and where to leave the parcel.

 

If your property may be difficult for the courier to access, please write an appropriate instruction when you place your order. If your parcel needs to be delivered to a business address, you must write the name of the business too.

 

Failure to follow these instructions may result in your parcel being returned to us or lost.

Missing Parcels

If you have not received your parcel within the delivery time frame specified in the Processing Time section above, please send an email to sales@tozzies.co.nz. We will contact the courier company/delivery agent and track n trace your parcel. If a claim is granted, the claiming process will be on case by case basis. Please note that all claims outside of 14 working days from initial dispatch will not be considered.

Shipping Cost

Delivery cost should be selected at checkout accordingly. We are happy to combine various products to help you save on delivery cost, please ensure all products are in your cart before checking out to enable this.  

 

Below is the delivery cost guide:

Auckland Standard - $8.00 (1-3 business days)

North Island Standard - $10.00 (1-3 business days)

South Island - $15.00 (2-4 business days) 

Waiheke Island - $15.00 (2-4 business days)

For Great Barrier Island, please select the South Island shipping option. 

 

For larger quantities, a palletising rate may be quoted.

If you do not select the correct delivery cost option at the checkout, we reserve the right to hold parcel dispatch until this is resolved and the correct order is processed.
